The Vertical Village Difference
Our Vertical Villages bring together private, self-contained homes with support available in the building. People have their own space, shared areas for connection and teams close by when help is needed. It is a calm, predictable environment where people can build routines, feel settled and live with comfort.

Your Own Private Home
Each person has a self-contained apartment with their own kitchen, bathroom and living space. It feels like a real home, not a shared facility. People can follow their own routines, cook their own meals, decorate their space and enjoy privacy when they want it. Support is close by, but the home is fully their own.
Support in the Building
Support teams are on site all day and night to help with daily living, personal care and community access. The goal is to make life feel calm, predictable and safe. Teams learn each person’s communication style, preferences and routines so support feels natural rather than intrusive. Help is available when needed, and there is space and freedom when it isn’t.

A Safe, Connected Community
Vertical Villages offer a balance of private living and shared spaces where people can connect at their own pace. Some people enjoy group activities or spending time in communal areas. Others prefer quiet routines in their own home. The model supports both. It gives people the opportunity to build friendships, feel part of a community and stay linked to the world around them.
Real Experiences from Our Villages

Beyond the Village
People can also choose from our other home models across NSW and South Australia. This includes shared SIL homes, individual SDA residences and in-home care for people who want support where they live. Our clinical triage team can help explain each option and guide people to the home or support that suits them best.
