National Partnerships Manager
Kelsey leads partnerships across Australia, connecting referrers, clinicians, and families with the right homes and supports for every person. With a deep understanding of both the NDIS and local communities, she builds lasting relationships that open doors for people to live more independently. Kelsey’s warm, hands-on approach and commitment to collaboration help make United for Care’s services known — and trusted.

Head of Service Delivery
Marta brings over 15 years of experience across social and disability services, always keeping people at the heart of every decision. She leads our national operations team, working closely with Senior Operations Managers and Service Leaders to back the front line teams delivering quality care every day. Known for her calm leadership and problem-solving mindset, Marta ensures our teams stay focused on what matters most — safe, steady, and responsive support

Clinical Triage Manager
Sarah is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over a decade of clinical expertise and a passion for person-centred care. As our Clinical Triage Manager, she blends clinical precision with genuine empathy, guiding the right supports for each individual’s goals and well being. Sarah’s insight helps ensure every transition into United for Care is grounded in safety, independence, and better quality of life.

Triage & Transition Senior Lead
Melissa plays a key role in making every new participant’s transition into United for Care smooth and supported. With experience in case management and NDIS coordination—and lived experience as a parent of two children with disabilities—she understands the importance of getting the right support. Melissa’s calm, caring approach helps families feel confident and supported from day one.
