Marta brings over 15 years of experience across social and disability services, always keeping people at the heart of every decision. She leads our national operations team, working closely with Senior Operations Managers and Service Leaders to back the front line teams delivering quality care every day. Known for her calm leadership and problem-solving mindset, Marta ensures our teams stay focused on what matters most — safe, steady, and responsive support

Sarah’s insight helps ensure every transition into United for Care is grounded in safety, independence, and better quality of life.

Meet Melissa Kimber
Triage & Transition Senior Lead

Melissa plays a key role in making every new participant’s transition into United for Care smooth and supported. With experience in case management and NDIS coordination—and lived experience as a parent of two children with disabilities—she understands the importance of getting the right support. Melissa’s calm, caring approach helps families feel confident and supported from day one.

Our clinical triage and transition team work with participants, families and referrers to help people move safely into the right home.

Support is shaped around individual needs and delivered by teams who understand communication styles, daily routines and how to create calm, predictable living environments.
