Standing Strong for the People We Support

At United for Care, our unwavering priority is the wellbeing of the people we support, and the dedicated team that makes that care possible.

We want to inform you that United Employment Pty Ltd, a third-party provider previously contracted to support us with labour hire and rostering, has entered voluntary administration. While this decision was outside of our control, we acted quickly to ensure there was no disruption to the care we provide.

To protect stability and continuity, we partnered with United Foundation, a respected, financially independent not-for-profit to offer employment directly to affected team members. United Foundation is not a related entity of United Employment and is already a trusted partner in our ecosystem.

It’s also important to note that Eastrocks (formerly known as United 4 Care Pty Ltd), a separate entity, was wrapped up late last year and formally entered liquidation early June. The United for Care trading name was acquired by the current operating entity in December 2024.

This means services will continue as normal. The teams you know and trust remain in place, and your care will not change.

We know that moments like this can raise questions. Please be assured: we are building stronger, more sustainable foundations guided by compassion, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to the people we serve.
