At United for Care, our commitment to the wellbeing and dignity of the people we support and the frontline workers who make that possible remains our guiding priority.

As many are aware, the previous labour-hire provider, United Employment Pty Ltd, has recently entered voluntary administration. This was an external event outside of our control. With the intention that there was no disruption to participant care, we acted quickly and responsibly.

To maintain stable support for the people we serve, affected workers were offered new employment opportunities with United Foundation, a financially independent not-for-profit organisation that is already a trusted part of our support ecosystem. For clarity, United Foundation is not a related entity to United Employment.

These were new employment arrangements designed to protect continuity of services and staffing.

We are a separate and current operator.

Across the NDIS sector, many providers are facing significant financial and regulatory pressures, which have led to several entering administration and causing widespread impacts for workers and participants. Despite these industry-wide challenges, United for Care will continue to act quickly to protect continuity of support and remains focused on long-term stability and high-quality service for the people who rely on us.

We understand that questions can arise when other providers in the sector experience difficulties. Please be assured:

• Our workforce is employed directly and paid under the SCHADS Award
• All current entitlements are recognised and paid in full
• Our focus is continuity, stability and responsible service delivery
