Roland's Inspiring Story

Roland has a very loving, supportive family and is a 43-year-old mother of 2 teenagers. Roland is a previous participant with United for Care, and during her time with us, Roland was able to have her independence, have her family visit as they wish, and have support from the United for Care team.

Roland’s family moved into an available unit in the same complex so they could all be closer together. Roland loved to laugh with our team and even taught our Support Workers some of her knowledgeable cooking tips & tricks. Her freshly baked cupcakes always received a thumbs-up from everyone. Roland is non-verbal but loves to sing along.
