Our Merrylands Vertical Village offers private, self-contained apartments for people with NDIS funding for SDA or SIL. The building includes one, two and three bedroom High Physical Support (HPS) apartments, making it possible for residents to live independently or with a family member or partner. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and living space, with support available in the building and shared communal areas for connection and daily life.

Support in the building includes help with daily living, personal care, household routines and mealtime assistance. Teams provide medication prompts and support with community access and appointments. Staff understand different communication styles, sensory needs and routine-based support. Assistance is available all day and night within the building.

NDIS eligibility

This home is suitable for adults with NDIS funding for Specialist Disability Accommodation at the High Physical Support level, or for participants with Supported Independent Living in their plan.
